Clinic Engine
A multi-tenant operations layer for clinics — booking, records, and billing in one system of record.
I.Problem
A network of eleven clinics ran on four disconnected tools — a calendar, a spreadsheet of patient records, a separate billing portal, and paper. Front-desk staff re-entered the same data three times. No one could answer a simple question: how long is a patient actually waiting?
II.Friction
Off-the-shelf clinic software assumed a single location and a single specialty. Migrating eleven years of records without a day of downtime was the part most vendors quietly declined. The data was messy, the regulations were strict, and the staff had no appetite for another system that made their day longer.
III.System
One multi-tenant record with location-aware permissions. Scheduling, intake, records, and billing on a single timeline. A migration pipeline that ran nightly against the old system until parity was proven, then cut over in a single weekend.
