1.Acceptance

By using Lazward or any product we build, you agree to these terms. If you're using it for a company, you're confirming you're allowed to agree on its behalf.

These Terms govern your access to and use of Lazward's website, products, and services (the "Services"). By creating an account, signing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2.Your account

Keep your login safe and your details accurate. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3.Acceptable use

Don't break the law, don't break our systems, and don't use them to harm others.

You agree not to misuse the Services: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the systems, no use that infringes others' rights. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the Services.

4.Data & ownership

In plain language

Your data stays yours. You can export it any time. We use it only to run the Service for you.

You retain all rights to the content and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the Services for you. You may export your data at any time, in a standard format.

5.Liability

In plain language

We work hard to keep things running, but no software is perfect. There are limits to what we're liable for.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazward's aggregate liability arising from the Services is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
