How to request deletion
Signed in: open the portal's Support page and use "Delete my account" — the request is recorded immediately. Not signed in, or locked out: email legal@lazward.com from the address on the account with the subject "Account deletion". We verify the request before acting on it.
What happens, step by step
1. Your request is recorded with a timestamp and your account is deactivated: sign-in is disabled and portal access ends.
2. Within 90 days we remove personal and account data (profile, users, leads tied to you) from live systems.
3. What we must keep, we keep — and only that: invoices and billing/tax records are retained for up to 7 years because tax and accounting law requires it, and append-only audit records of entitlement syncs are retained per the Privacy Policy. These retained records are locked down and are not used for anything except compliance.
4. After the retention clock runs out, those records are purged too.
What deletion does not do
Deleting the studio account does not delete your business's tenant inside a vertical product (your clinic or hotel system) — that data belongs to your business and is governed by the vertical's own terms. Tell us if you want tenant offboarding as well and we will coordinate it.
Timeline commitments
Deactivation: immediate on a verified request. Live-system purge: within 90 days. Legally retained billing records: up to 7 years, then purged. We confirm each stage by email to the account address.
